la is a spayed female Dachshund/Cairn Terrier mix approximately 1 1/2 years old. She is up to date on all vaccines, microchipped, treated with Frontline flea/tick medication, and is a very healthy little girl. Lila weighs about 12 pounds and has fluffy soft honey and white curls all over her body. Her eyes, truly one of her best features, are dark brown and very expressive. She has caramel colored ears which are set off beautifully by her cream body color. In terms of personality, Lila is a sweetheart. She is very gentle, quiet, and has great house manners. She loves attention and treats, but will wait her turn for a pet or a tasty tidbit. She gets along well with other dogs and seems to especially like children. She would make a great family dog, she walks well on the leash and doesn't pull at all. Lila is a little shy in new situations, but she will mostly just sit quietly until she is sure that all is well. Lila seems to really want a loyal friend she can trust and a family to call her own. She waited patiently at the shelter for almost two months before coming to our rescue. Lila has definitely earned her forever home. Will it be yours? Swiss is a 3 month old, male Greater Swiss Mountain dog mix. He is VERY handsome with his tricolor markins and gorgeous smile. Swiss is very social. Melanie is a spayed female Havanese mix approximately 3 years old. She is vaccinated, microchipped, has received monthly flea/tick prevention and is very healthy. Her breed makes her hypoallergenic and low shedding. Melanie is a gorgous little girl with downy soft fluffy grey fur highlighted by white and amber. Her eyes are amber gold in color with long elegant grey eyelashes. Melanie loves to bat these eyelashes at you whenever she wants something. She is extremely gentle and sweet and enjoys soft, gentle petting. She is quiet and somewhat shy, gets along well with other dogs, and does very well with children. Melanie weighs about 10 pounds and is very manageable and well behaved. She is soft hearted and kind and would love a home where she is cherished, cuddled and pampered. Tuesday came to us from the LA shelter along with 5 tiny babies. She has weaned her pups and ready for a home. She weighs about 8 pounds and is full of life. We think she is about 3 years old but she still is playful as a puppy. She is very sweet, good with kids, dogs and cats. She is potty trained, loves to go for walks and ride in the care. Nico is a Fox or Parson's Terrier. She is about 6 years old, althow she runs around the yard like a 2 year old. Nico is very much a people dog. She would sit on your lap for hours. When not sitting with you she will want to run in the yard. Amy is a spayed female Keeshond mix approximately 2 years old. She is microchipped and has all her vaccines. Amy was rescued from the shelter and almost everyone who sees her says she is cute and looks like a puppy. She is full grown and weighs about 20 pounds. Amy is very loyal and she always wants to be part of the family. She loves to go for long walks, run and play. Amy would benefit from some basic obedience and appears to be very smart. She is not comfortable around children and needs to be in a home with only adults. She would do fine as an only dog, or possibly with one other dog her age. My name is Abbie and I appear to be a Basset Hound-Bull Terrier Mix. My age is somewhere around 2.5 years and I weigh approximately 55 pounds. I love everyone, I like to cuddle, and I will hug you if given the chance. My loud yawns will make you laugh, every time, and so will my attempts to "talk" to you. My facial expression rarely changes, but you can tell how I'm feeling by how fast my tail wags and hits the ground when I'm sitting. I have different speeds for different emotions. I have had a received a complete behavioral evaluation from Dog E Daycare which I passed with flying colors. Unfortunately, my older adopted sister (Lab-Pit mix) and I have developed some strong sibling rivalry over our "Mom," which wasn't totally resolved with training. I would prefer a home with no other female dogs. I am current on all of my shots, have had annual exams and get monthly flea prevention. I will bring my own special bowl that helps me not eat so fast and I can bring my own bed and blanket. This is a courtesy listing.
