Scotty is 8 years old, he weighs 13 pounds and we are completely guessing on the breed. He is not hypoallergenic. Scotty was relinquished to us by his previous owner who became homeless and no longer able to take care of Scotty. Scotty came to us with a skin condition on his ears and is being treated for. He is the sweetest dog you will ever meet. There is a change he is deaf. He loves the company of other dogs and really enjoys humans. We have not seen him around cats. Scotty has been professionally groomed, neutered, vaccinated, received a dental and microchipped.
