Winnie is about 1 year old and weighs a tiny 9 pounds. He maybe a mix, we are not sure but he is adorable. He is a very confident puppy who loves everyone. He is good with other dogs and enjoys playing. He would be best in a home with older children as he is so small. He has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and ready for a new home.
