COMET:Comet is a blue merle chihuahua terrier mix rescued from the shelter. He is estimated to be 2 to 3 years old. He has one blue eye and one brown eye which makes him somewhat unusual. He is very playful and full of life, especially with other dogs. He is a little timid with people, but seeks attention and approval in a sweet shy way. He really needs to have someone give him lots of love so that he can learn that people won't hurt him. He seems to be quite smart and learns voice commands quickly. Will you be Comet's best friend? This beautiful young lady was rescued from a hoarding situation where over 200 dogs were being neglected. She is safe now and hoping to find her forever home. We were told that mama looked like a black maltese but have no idea who daddy was. She is as sweet as can be - she is very loving but not needy. She loves dogs of all sizes and ages but not pushy with them. She is good with cats.

Tootsie is an 8 week old, female shih tzu / rottweiler mix puppy. (Yes - it is true) She is mostly black with a small white patch on her chest. She is VERY sweet, loves to play and will make an amazing family dog. Bauer is an amzing dog. He is about 7 years old and is a purebred min pin. He weighs about 5 lbs and is just the sweetest, most adorable dog. He loves to be carried around and gets along great with other dogs. He does well with young children but due to his size - I think it would be best if all children in the household were older. Nova is a very sweet, energetic female puppy. She is about 12 weeks old. Her mama was a springer spaniel and we do not know who dad was. (maybe lab?) Henry is a male, 5 month old puppy. He is very cute and loves attention. Henry was abandoned on the streets with no home to go to. Winky comes from a little of 5 - most look like they are a pugg mixed with terrier. Winky has more of a medium length terrier fur. She is very sweet, loves other dogs and good with cats. She is crate trained and very smart. She will probably get to be about 20 pounds

Whisper is an adorable little girl and has a brother that looks just like her. We believe they are a pug mixed with terrier. They should be about 20 pounds full grown. They are very cute, sweet, mellow pups that get along very well with other dogs and cats. They are crate trained.

Willow is a sweet 11 month old Lab Mix puppy with a lot of energy and love. She is a friendly, playful dog and gets along well with other dogs, children, cats, and people. She is current on all shots and is spayed. She is very smart and learns quickly. She has gone through obedience training and does well with down/sit stays, coming when called, walking on the leash, and boundaries. However, she is still a puppy and would need further training to quell instinct behavior that can interfere with her obedience skills and help her through her puppyhood! For example, she does well walking on a leash but is a bit strong and needs a little work (primarily if someone is in front of her). She would make an ideal friend for someone looking for a special companion to hang out with or run and take walks with. She runs well alongside a bike. Willow will also need a home with a very active family. She loves attention. In short, she is an oversized lap dog! She will search it out! She is affectionate and even gives hugs (kisses, too of course!) She loves to play fetch. She will go and get her toy to initiate play. Willow is also good at playing on her own with toys, but will chew them until destroyed. She has not been destructive in the yard. She is a strong, athletic dog and a high jumper. She will need a house with a taller (6’) fence, though she has not tried to escape. She would do fine with other dogs in the home, but would still seek a lot of attention. Cats would be fine, but no small children. She is medium to large size with a thin build. She is very loyal and would do best with a family that is not away from home a lot. Willow is crate trained, and the family would need to ensure she has access to a crate as she feels safe in it. She travels well! She loves to go to the dog park too!
