Clara is a beautiful little red head. She is smart and funny - loves other dogs, people and cats. She has quite a little personality. She is 8 weeks old on August 6th at which time she will be ready to go to her new home.

Meerkat is a 2 year old, mixed breed female. We think she is a dachsund, chihuahua or whippet mix... but we really have no clue. She looks like a meerkat instead of a dog. Meerkat is very sweet and loving. She has learned to get along with other dogs and does well with anyone who will let her sit in their lap. She is a love bug. Ace and his brother Hendricks were living in an environment where they were lucky to have food and water each day. Their owner was evicted from his home and unable to continue to care for them - Hendrick has found his new family and now Ace is hoping to find his forever home.

Pico is a sweet Chi mix, approximately 1 years old, who was found wandering the streets. He approximately weighs 10lbs. He is very loving and has done well with young children. He appears to be potty trained, he goes to the door when he needs to..uh...excuse himself. Pico is good around other dogs although big dogs make him nervous at first. Pico would make a wonderful addition to any family who is willing to open both their home and hearts to him.

V is named after the birthmark on her head – a very clear V. She is a very sweet young lady who loves everybody, dogs and cats. She is 8.5 weeks old, her mama is Cookie on our website. We believe she will be no more than 15 pounds when fully grown. Currently she weighs 2.5 pounds.

Violet is a 9 week old, female puppy. Her mama was a Pointer and we think dad was a lab. She is very cute and will be a medium size dog. She loves other dogs and wants to cuddle in your lap for hours. Please email leslieoakley@sbcglobal.net for more information.

Suri is a sweet and lovable, 7 week old, female Pointer Mix. Her mama is a black and white dappled Pointer - but she looks more like a lab mix. Suri is a very good puppy and loves to play. She will grow to be a medium - large sized dog. Please email leslieoakley@sbcglobal.net for more information.

GG is a little sweetheart -She would love to sleep in someones bed if they let her but she is happy to sleep on the floor next to me. She will bark only if she is alarmed - another dog barking or hears something unfamiliar. I think she belonged to a senior person by her behavior but I think she is only about 2 - she is happy to play if another dog wants to play with her but she is also fine being along or just sitting in your lap.

Clyde has had a hard life, his previous owner didn't bother to take care of his basic needs, nor did they bother to fix his broken leg. His leg is fine now, but I'm sure it hurt when it was broken, except the occasional limp now and then. He is also blind in one eye most likley due to another injury. Clyde is a sweet dog who deserves to be spoiled with his new family. He is now learning basic commands. Clyde is finally starting to play with toys. Plays well with other dogs. Shiloh is a 7 week old, female pointer Mix puppy. Her mama was a black and white dapple pointer - but she looks more like a shepherd mix! She is very playful, loves attention and people.
